Conversion Tips
Images are one of the most difficult elements in a design to predict the outcome. Everyone has a unique emotional response to an image. The response is based on our childhood, political and social beliefs, and other experiences. For this reason, you can never overtest images.
Two things to keep in mind are:
Are the eyes looking directly at the viewer to emphasize a message or looking toward another element on the page to get the viewer to notice a call to action or benefit bullets?
Another consideration is whether the model aligns with the viewer’s preconceived notions or ideals.
Bottom line testing images, especially on the home page and landing pages, is a process that never stops.
